Title: Head of Strategic Partnerships (Affiliate Marketing)
Contract Type: Full Time – 40h/week
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $2500-$3000pm + bonuses

We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our team and help us continue to grow and expand our business. As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key partners and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the executive team to identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should have an established network of prospective partners and the ability to bring them to the business to drive growth and success.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with leading names in the industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiating and managing partnership agreements
- Work cross-functionally with the operation teams to ensure successful partnership execution
- Onboard the business in all networks doable
- Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and develop new products and services that align with partnership objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for partnership growth
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Who is our ideal persona?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the affiliate marketing space
