We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Accounts. As the Head of Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the acquisition and management of advertising accounts. Your main objective will be to ensure the availability and stability of accounts for both publishers and advertisers, while maximizing their effectiveness and profitability.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the acquisition and management of advertising accounts, ensuring account availability and stability for publishers and advertisers.
- Establish strong and trusted relationships with key suppliers and partners in the advertising ecosystem, ensuring a steady supply of accounts and necessary resources.
- Implement and maintain a training and support system for publishers and advertisers, focusing on maximizing the effectiveness and profitability of their advertising accounts.
- Coordinate with the IT team and Head of Internal Media to ensure proper implementation and configuration of ad accounts, as well as seamless integration with internal tools and systems.
- Regularly monitor and analyze the performance and health of advertising accounts, identifying potential issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide assistance to partners with account setup, add-on services requests, cloaking of affiliate links, and other related issues.
- Manage partnerships with non-traffic (tech) agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration and optimal utilization of resources.
- Help solve account-related issues and provide strategic advice to address challenges and maximize results.

- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the affiliate marketing industry, with a strong understanding of advertising accounts acquisition and management.

- Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners in the advertising ecosystem.
- Training and Support Expertise: Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs and support systems to maximize the effectiveness and profitability of advertising accounts for publishers and advertisers.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of ad account implementation, configuration, and integration with internal tools and systems, collaborating effectively with IT teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and analyze the performance and health of advertising accounts, identifying issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem Solver: Resourceful and proactive in assisting partners with account setup, add-on services requests, cloaking of affiliate links, and resolving related issues.
- Collaboration and Partnership Management: Ability to manage partnerships with non-traffic (tech) agency partners, fostering collaboration and leveraging resources effectively.
